DEPOSITS
TO FACILITATE A SEAMLESS WORKFLOW AND ALLOCATE NECESSARY RESOURCES, WE REQUIRE A NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT OF 50% PAID ON THE DAY OF RESERVATION. THIS ENABLES US TO INITIATE THE PROJECT PROMPTLY AND DELIVER EXCEPTIONAL RESULTS.
CANCELLATIONS
IF YOU MUST CANCEL OR REBOOK YOUR RESERVATION, WE RESPECTFULLY REQUEST AT LEAST A FIVE DAY NOTICE. CANCELLATIONS OR REBOOKING'S WITHOUT A FIVE DAY NOTICE WILL RESULT IN A 25% CHARGE OF THE RESERVATION TOTAL.
PAYMENT PLANS
AS WE UNDERSTAND THAT SOME EXPENSES FOR EVENTS MAY BE COSTLY, WE DO OFFER PAYMENT PLANS TO HELP EASE SOME OF THE FINANCIAL BURDEN. WHILE OFFERING MULTIPLE DIFFERENT STYLE PAYMENT PLANS, WE CAN ACCOMMODATE YOUR NEEDS!
DELIVERY
TO ENSURE A SAFE AND PROPER DELIVERY, THE CUSTOMER WILL BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR A FEE IF THE PLACE OF DELIVERY IS OUTSIDE OF A TEN MILE RADIUS. IF THE PLACE OF DELIVERY IS OUTSIDE OF THE TEN MILE RADIUS, WE CHARGE $0.50/MILE. THIS WILL BE INCLUDED ON YOUR FINAL INVOICE.

SERVICE CHARGE
FOR RESERVATIONS OVER $500, THERE WILL BE A 15% SERVICE CHARGE TO ENSURE THAT OUR EMPLOYEES RECEIVE PROPER COMPENSATION FOR THEIR TIME AND EFFORTS.
COMMERCIAL KITCHEN & BUSINESS EXPENSES
WE UNDERSTAND THAT MOST RESERVATIONS ARE HELD AT VENUES AND THOSE VENUES CHARGE A FEE TO UTILIZE THE COMMERCIAL KITCHEN AND/OR ANY OTHER BUSINESS EXPENSES. WE REQUEST THAT THESE COSTS ARE COVERED BY THE CUSTOMER IN FULL PRIOR TO THE DAY OF THE EVENT.
ECO-FRIENDLY & UTENSILS
DUE TO THE OPINION OF THE CUSTOMER, YOU MAY REQUEST ECO-FRIENDLY MATERIALS AND UTENSILS. THERE ARE PROVIDED AT A STANDARDIZED PREIUM PAID BY THE CUSTOMER.
